Stutter Fog - Non-Multitrack Rough Demo

This is a song we've been composing/constructing for the last week. It was recorded originally as live guitar and drums on a digital two track machine (Zoom). Then I took it home and put bass on it. We kept what we liked and created some new parts, then re-recorded it, again, as a two track wav file. I brought that home and added bass again, along with some synth and string parts. But none of this will work will make it through to the final multi-track version, which (for these first five songs, of which Stutter Fog is the fifth) is being begun Wednesday, February 15.

New guitar parts will be added, and soon the vocals will be as well.

But I wanted to give a sense of the process and also allow a tiny peek into the drumming style (bear in mind that what you here on this file was only the SECOND TIME the song had been played). The other songs sound a little different than this one, but the process for each of them has been the same.

Music by Blue Window

Demo performed and recorded by Gary Tucci on drums and Alex Wall on guitar, bass and keyboards.
